01. What do I do if I have no hot water, or if my hot water cylinder is not working?

05. My electric hot water cylinder appears to be leaking a large amount of water around the unit?

Is sounds like a burst cylinder. Turn the electricity supply off to the water heater. A switch should be located at the switch board on the premises marked, ‘water heater’ or similar.
